Matos - humility and redemption

Why does Moshe forget a law? Why does he give Elazar Hakohen the chance to say the law? Why is it necessary for Elazar to quote Moshe by name? What is the concept of bringing redemption by quoting in someone's name? Why did Esther wait until the second party to cause Haman's downfall? Why was the point of redemption when Mordechai was honored? What is the connection between these two stories?

Find out in this week's Parsha Podcast.

Running time: 22:15

Thank you for continuing the Parsha Podcast 
I was reflecting upon your Dvar Torah on Parshas Matos.
Can we extend this idea to: recognizing G-d by giving him full credit? This creates humility within us which fosters connection to Hashem.
Only when we recognize G-d through flattening our ego will we be able to become his humble servants, and bring offerings in the Beit Hamikdash...with the ultimate Geulah.

Thank you for continuing! I always listen to your Parsha podcast. You shouldn't change a thing. Lots of us never post comments, maybe we should more. This is excellent!
I travel all the time. Your Torah insights and precise explanations always feel 'safe' for me to absorb.
