Mishpatim - Preparatory Angel

Why does Hashem inform the Jewish people of their future in the very midst of the revelation at Sinai? Is the angel who will lead them in the future a positive or negative force? Beshalach - Singing Then

What is the idea of the verse that says that 'then' Moshe and the Jewish people sang?
