Very inspirational, Ari.

With Tisha b'Av just around the corner.....just a reminder that after destruction, pulling down and rooting out comes building and planting. Yirmeyahu 1 v10.

As proof of this remarkable process a very dear family that came from the ashes of the the Gush Katif Gerush on Tisha b'Av 5765 and chilled out in the Land Down Under are arriving back in Eretz ha Chodesh on Tisha b'Av 5771. They did not realize the date until after having booked their return flight. They survived a Palestinian terrorist attack during the Intifada of Succot 2001,were shot which their children witnessed.Others in their settlement paid with their lives.
They also endured the Gerush of Yamit in Sinai in 1982.

And yet at Ben Gurion Airport this coming Tisha b'Av will be a day of Simcha as tears of joy will flow.

As I listened to your podcast, I realized beyond measure that these dear friends of mine lived the very essence of "nothingness" and yet with so much love for HaShem, His Torah, His People and His Land have brought forth the message of hatikvah for the future.

Todah Rabbah, Ari for putting this message into words and Baruch HaShem for bringing these people into this world. I, for one have benefited immensely.
