Pesach - Spiritual Light and Judgment

Why does the gemara in Rosh Hashana say that all three of the holidays are times of judgment - Pesach, Shavuos, and Succos? Why are they specifically linked to a judgment around our physical sustenance? Why are there special commandments to fulfill for these holidays? Why did the same angels come to inform Avraham of the impending miraculous birth of Yitzchak, and also to destroy Sodom? Why was Sodom destroyed at the same moment in history as the advent of Am Yisrael? Why were the Egyptians decimated by the very same spiritual power that freed the Jewish people from bandage?
